TRAINING CLUB 

The idea is a free training club, our goal is to encourage movement and skill development in a social and friendly environment.

 

We develop a mixed levels weekly training program in which we combine skills and conditioning, holding space for everyone to train in community and support each others personal fitness progress and journey.

THE FULL STORY

​

Our training club originated during the 2020 lockdown. Having arrived in London just a few months prior, we began gathering in a small calisthenics park in Brick Lane during those long days of isolation. Friendships and unforgettable moments were forged there, with people from diverse social backgrounds and professions, creating one of the best communities I had experienced to date.

 

After the lockdown ended, the group dispersed a bit. A couple of years ago, I decided to start rebuilding that community that brought so much happiness to us all. That's what it's all about: sharing, enjoying, and creating a social club where we can all benefit our health in some way.

 

This year, 2024, the vibe has been incredible. We started the year strong by organising these meetings every Sunday, and it's been a success. We love seeing new faces every week. Feeling part of a community is definitely the secret to success in your fitness journey. This is our playground, where friends, trainers, students, strangers, come together and simply share a workout and an incredibly contagious good vibe.
